proteins eaten anytime within 24 hours will get together in your body. They used to think had to be same meal, but research proved 24 hours plenty of time. It's not rocket science.

Although some nice black bean chipotle enchiladas sound pretty good right now.

Vegans, or those who eat very little animal proteins (dairy, eggs) should take vitamin b-12, or a multi-vitamin containing it (most do).
