If they still use the date of birth, which will be on the registartion form, how can it be rigged.

I beleive that if the draft is reinstated, it will use the same method
to determine who will be called up, and that is by the birth date of the men.

So the call up would be very difficult to tamper with. As for exemptions, at this time there are not many available. There is one for education, but that only allows the student to finish the year of
college that they are in. There is another for religious beliefs(pacifism), but even then proof has to be shown that you are a member
of one of the few churches that is against war, and you would still need statements showing that you practice the religion, and have practiced it.
