3. Good God. This is a bureaucratic war crime
Most people don't realize the Geneva Convention doesn't only cover the treatment of POW's and the like, it also covers how an occupying nation can do BUSINESS in the country it occupies.

Bushco broke pretty much every one of these Geneva Conventions when it set up shop in Iraq.

This is the reason they rushed in the provisional government, because American companies' lawyers were reluctant to commit to Iraq because of this. With the puppet government in place, they created a loophole by which the corporate looting of the country could take hold.
