Do you mind if I suggest this one thing? If this is aimed for the average Jane/Joe who goes to the polls, the writing is way too technical and not "folksy" enough. (Think "Harry and Louise.") What I mean is, you need to strive for a "let's-chat-about-this" tone.

If you like, I can download the entire thing and edit a bit. I'll be happy to send it PM if you like.
