13. I'd say it depends on public opinion when Bush goes out. If his
administration finally crashes and burns and there is widespread shift in public perception like there was after watergate, then most of Bush's record could be reversed. Laws can be repealed, SS privatization can be reversed, and justices can be impeached.

However, I don't think it's likely. I think the US economy will sink under Bush's debts before we can dig our way out. And if we manage to get a democratic administration into office, it'll be with a narrow margin, and the republicans will be a pack of dogs trying to take it down every day. The concentration of wealth will be so extreem that the only way to correct the imbalance in the long run would be through governmental redistribution, i.e. socialism. Ironically, I think Bush is setting us up for a socialist revolution.

(Just my opinion.)
