in the opening minutes of his show. His theme was Repubican hypocrisy and how they always denounce activist federal judges who interfere into local State matters. Yet, when it suits them, they run to federal court. He stated that they opposed judicial activism only where it doesn't suit them. He ran off a string of instances where the Republicans had run to the federal court system to thwart the will of the people in case after case, including the medical marijuana initiative in California. I wish I could write as fast as Bernie speaks, because it was worth noting.
