Just so I don't feel like a hypocrite, I wasn't a person who was vocal about my opposition to the war, and I didn't attend any protests. But I didn't see a damn thing to get excited about -- massive U.S. deployments, the threat to Iraqi civilians, the lack of international support, the whole patriotic jingoistic package. And the more I read on sites like Alternet, the more I opposed it.

Looking back, knowing that my "gut feelings" of opposition were justified by the facts, I wish I would have done more.
