38. THE TERRI SCHINDLER-SCHIAVO FOUNDATION'S FAILURE TO REGISTER

This is link to a charity blog, I guess they're experts on charitable affairs and write about it, anyway, The Schindler foundation got into trouble recently for not registering with the state of Florida and disclosing all the contributions etc...it was briefly in the news about a month ago, and they were fined $1,000 and agreed to register and comply with the State, although I haven't read that they have yet.

I know the foundation has taken in an ungodly amount of money from anti-abortionists and rightwing organizations not to mention the donations requests on the site.
