Rumsfeld was in Brasil this week agitatin' so watch out! I am afraid as my family is from Trinidad and I was just there this Feb. for Carnival. Trinidad has a US base, likely poised to take action on the newest member of the "axis of oil" so we can continue to glutton ourselves on oil. It doesn't seem to me that Bush actually believes in spreading democracy.
