"We are not gonna have an all-volunteer Army! Uh..what?? What?? OH! We WILL have an all-volunteer Army! We WILL!"

Yeah, right. I actually believed you the first time. Talk about Freudian slip. It's almost as good as "Our enemies never stop thinking about ways to harm our nation and our people, and neither do we."
Truer words never spoken.
