With a highly regressive overall tax scheme and permanent revocation of the estate tax, the relative few who already own 95% of the wealth will keep it in perpetuity and the US will fastly drift into a third-world banana-like former republic of a relatively few with extraordinarily wealth, a relatively small middle class, and a burgeoning underclass, millions who will be hungry/homeless and without medical care.
