Oh gee imagine that an immigration hearing not it english. I mean it's not like you need the person at the hearing to understand the proceedings or anything. No need for any fairness in such proceedings.

Anyone remember the West Virginia bill that made english the states official language?

He just said "The bill that unanimously passed was vetoed" and demonized the governor for the veto. He NEVER mentioned that the reps voting for the bill did NOT know that provision was snuck in.
