Sorry to bother but I don't have the search option...

I'm looking for a post I read here a few days ago (it might have made the Greatest page) which posed the question 'how come Clinton never got this much credit for budding democracy in the Middle East?' There were a number of links to articles from his two terms about elections, etc. in the ME.

Any help?
