Read my article, that comment is part of the bigger statement. He wants to fund the troops, but he is appalled that the Real ID was attached to this spending bill and that the Dems were left out of conference.

I read that initially and went nutso, but I have the clarification and I used it in my article. He supports the troops and hence the bill, but does NOT support attached the Real ID to it.
