15. i understand your point
it is just that i live next door to a very nice family that has a daughter suffering from Picks disease and they are having trouble getting assistance for their daughter who is 41 and basically a victim of an Alzheimer's like disease....the government is making them jump through a myriad of hoops and yet there are people cheating the system out of cash and going undetected...

(by the way i think most of the cheats are those who provide services ...since i worked in the medical field for a while and ran into some cases of medicare fraud...)
