Have you ever been slammed - by a LW media organization? [View All]

I just got slammed. Tried to dial out long distance and got a recording that my ld service was disconnected. After almost 2 hours calling my local and (authorized) long distance supplier, and being disconnected several times, I found that somone had disconnected my ld service and had it re-directed to another company.

In this case that company was "Working Assetts" which is a LW media organization that I guess, also provides long distance telephone (re-seller) service.

Does anyone here know how this works? Is it legal? I'm all for supporting left wing organizations and causes - but not if they mess with my phone service without my permission. I am very angry about this as you can probably notice.
