because #1 that would give her points validity. He can't afford to do that, with the approval so low for the war. Also Prince Georgie is incapable of giving anything -to anyone- who is not a supporter. He does not DO diplomacy. Any capturing of a meeting between them on film would make him feel that he has lowered himself. It is beneath him to come to her. That's why this is so brilliant--she is showing him up as a rigid, arrogant narcissist, hopelessly out of touch with the commoners. The only thing he's worried about in this thing is the political fallout from it. This kind of personality can actually get energy from being beseiged, enjoying the attention and indulging in a little martyrdom ("ah, what we must endure in our noble quest"...insert quote from King Lear here)
Meeting with Cindy I doubt has ever even come up as a serious option, more likely the fodder for jokes (let's look under the desk for WMD....). They've already got a nickname probably "Unhappy Campers" or something--that is how George and Co marginalize threats. I don't even think he could pull off a meeting as a PR stunt, eg. The Boy Scouts. People travelling with the Prince and his entourage will be advising him that if you just ignore the riff raff, eventually they'll go away... His mind is on schmoozing at the BBQ and the other issues on his plate. There's going to be no time in his schedule for Cindy. Busy.
