Pushed Ben as well. He sort of shamed Ben into believing he was worthless and Ben just said "fuck you" and enlisted. I'm living in Italy and even though I flew back to get him to back out Ben wouldn't break his commitment.
It's surreal. I'm physically sick and I feel like I am losing my mind. I love Encinitas BTW I spent many hours surfing there when I was going to San Diego State. Thank you for having a vigil for Cindy at Moonlight. I fell in love more than once at that beach. Let's hope Ben (and ALL the troops) get that chance.
