26. Because that's what people WANT.
IF no one watched, then it would have quickly been dropped from the air. But enough people VOLUNTARILY tuned in so that the show made a profit.

Or maybe you would prefer that people be FORCED to watch what YOU consider beneficial.

I may not like to choices that the masses make, but I DO like that they have the freedom to make those choices.
