who MSNBC has on all the time but I can't remember his name) did discuss the fact that this is actually against the law.

On Hardball, Matthews kept pointing out that Robertson graduated from Yale Law School so he should know it is against the law.

I haven't heard anyone explicitly mention potential charges or the penalties. I'm sure we will though. Maybe that will be what all the news channels focus on tomorrow. :evilgrin:
