Weather NEXRAD radar sites.. you can zoom down to see streets....LINK>>

on top in the grey boxes click 'regional radar' or NEXRAD, then click on the New Orleans beacon marker '+' then you can center any location clicking the pan or Zoom In and clicking the point you want to center.

then you can go under the box and click on frames.6 and speed..medium. and animate the frames..
