14. My brother in law worked for HUD as an administrator

about 20 years back. At that time he told me there were stockpiles of thousands of knock-down caskets ready for "the big one." At that time it was thought it would be in Florida. Good forecasting kept Andrew from being a killer (of humans, at least). But N.O.'s geography makes this just the worst possible case scenario.

It's tempting to think this fits in with some sort of political whatever, but I just don't see how it could.
