Yet he had to be dragged out of his stupor during one of the worst times in our history so his handlers could stick him on a plane in a desperate attempt to make him appear cognizant.
And our Sec. of State was yukking it up at a Broadway comedy and buying shoes in New York while people were suffering during this horrendous tragedy.

Quite simply: these people are not doing their jobs.
