52. I'm seriously considering it - are you near Columbus?
But I think the supplies are suddently going to start flowing, now that Rovie has all the props in place for the spin. Still, that doesn't mean people will actually be helped, they'll just be exploited.

I'm facing a very real moral crises: do I stand by and let them spin this, too? Will the outrage we feel today be replaced by the outrage we feel at NEXT horrific act, while most of country blandly eats the spinners' pablum???

Will this fade away from public attention, like the election fraud, Rove's treason, Gitmo, Abu Ghraib, African uranium, etc., etc.?

Do we have a moral obligation to get on a bus, go to the reporters on site, and make ourselves as visible as Cindy Sheehan did?

How much will we allow? What can we really DO? I've knocked on doors, gotten out the vote, become a one-woman information spewer to all family, friends, and neighbors, put signs on my house/van/bikes, deluged my elected officials with mail and phone calls, neglected my own livelihood and family, and it all seems to have been an exercise in futility.

Maybe this is the clarion call? Charter a bus and pass out water??? As you suggested, bring one family back? What will finally make a difference?
