They haven't started spinning this yet at top speed.

By the time they're done, the following will need to accept full blame:

1) The mayor of New Orleans (foul mouthed and uppity to our prez)

2) Environmentalists for blocking the creation of new refineries (already started this one).

3) Most of the Louisiana politicans were Democrats, they need to take the blame. (already started)

4) The city of New Orleans for ever building on below sea level land. (already started).

So you see, none of this has anything to do with the prez. Give it a few weeks, the sheeple will once again gulp down the 32oz Kool Aid.
