of you watching Sunday morning stuff - can you figure out if the press is hiding this? If they mention it, are they explaining it clearly enough? Was there a time limit for this exemption?

This is a very important development?

Besides admitting that they don't have enough Natl Guard personnel, this could be the start of very fancy death by state of the art guns and toys.
