33. True.. but they should have just been evacuated

to a place outside NOLA where they could have used phones to call friends and family.. they should never have been bussed to a "holding pen" with no way to even try to contact friends and family outside NOLA..
Had that been done, they would probably be staying with friends and family and their pet in some other place in LA..away from NOLA..and not "tagged" and boarded in yet another stdium..hundreds of miles away from their support system
