I do want New Orleans to be rebuilt, but I hope some of these people stay in Texas.

We could use a little more culture here. New Orleanian's music, food, energy and spirit would be most welcome here.

I live in Denton. UNT is known for its top notch jazz program. When I drive through the city, I see musicians sitting on their porches or in the parks practicing. It always reminds me a little of my time in New Orleans. I hope some of the great NO jazz musicians make their way to these parts and stay a while.
