that the time will come for it (and we may be at the time now) but recovering the bodies and those still living first

says Mississippi took a harder beating than La - whole towns flattened

some of NO will be restored

he's pissed mostly that help did not show up after the levee broke - the calvary didn't come

will not guess the death toll

for weeks and months, they'll be going thru the attics

he is still pissed! everytime he says the word 'death' he gets a look on his face, like he is seeing it again.

my take is he is haunted by the scenes he witnessed.
