with no input from the Mayor or Gov.

NBC did the FEMA "said" & therefore it must be true.

Nagin and Blanco better take OFF THE DAMN GLOVES --- NOW !

I would add it somewhat a "co-inkydink" that all 3 came out with

similar stories on the same day --- Rove is working it
