The proper tone to take in this affair is to stay the fuck away from the disaster area so that local people can do their work. The proper tone to take is to stop trying to blame your possibly criminal incompetence on the very people who are actually working to save lives. The proper tone to take is to accept your responsibility in this sad affair and tender your resignation. That would be the only proper tone for you to take, you miserable piece of shit.
