if the events you described happened at all, it's quite clear that they happened in jefferson parish

new orleans sheriff has no jurisdiction in jefferson parish, nor does the new orleans mayor, nor does any other orleans official

don't accuse ppl of murder when you don't even know what or who you are talking abt
