Could this whole Iraq war be a conspiracy between Bush & Saddam? [View All]

I've been thinking (yeah I know) did the BFEE make a deal with Saddam just so they could steal Iraqi oil and split the profits?

Saddam makes a deal with Bush - you let me flee and get some of the profits from oil revenue and I tell you where I have a lot of WMD hidden (validating the BFEE's reason for war). That way they both get the UN off their backs (food for oil) and Saddam gets an easy out from a bad situation (or maybe the BFEE pulled a "carpet of bombs or a carpet of gold" ploy on Saddam) with his life intact and a lot more money. Everything goes as plan, up until the BFEE finds out that Saddam was lying about having any WMD. By this time, Saddam is long gone (what he really wanted all along) and the BFEE is left holding the bag in Iraq.
