You know, those vastly socialist promises that he can't pay for anyway.

They'll use things like this to justify backing out of it (not that they ever planned on going through with it anyway).

Of course, they don't really need an excuse to back out, do they? They've backed out of generous promises they've made before to Mexico, Russia, Afghanistan, and New York City with nary an excuse.
