Do you have "hurricane fatigue"? [View All]

The first time I experienced a hurricane was when I was 9 years old. I was staying a few weeks with my grandparents in Galveston. At the time, I thought it was so exciting. My grandfather took us out in the rain and we watched as the waves splashed on the seawall. Luckily, we missed the eye of the storm, 'cause it went on to hit Corpus Christi.

Since that time--which has been many years ago--hurricanes have always fascinated me ...until now. Now, I'm just wondering if we will ever get out of this season...:banghead:

I just can't bear to see anymore destruction to our coastal towns here in the south:cry:
