you ..... are awesome. just awesome. and sweeet. that is you.

that is pretty good. you

those others, they are the nastiness, that was them.

like everyone says, it is so hard now, for so many kids. i have all ages in elementary and jr high... and each feel they dont belong. there is an oddity to them. my oldest, glasses, small frame, he is so bold and brave. he would have stood up for you. i would hope, i think. he generally does. but he is the one that gets the same attitude from those that chose to honor stupid. we changed three schools in a year. went from religious and judging, to the fearful child honoring stupid, to a school where smart, progressive is embraced, desired, expected. he finally feels more at home

i tell him, ..... ah, but your adult years, they are going to be grand. he is already beyond so many of the other kids and the crap the other kids are going to have to learn as they age, or will suffer the repercussions

niceness, it is out there. we actively promote it. doing this, i see so many nice people in my day, dancing in nice. (not 12 and 13 yr olds though, many reject nice). in the grocery store, where ever. we smile, we say hi

oh oh, last night walking down our street a real goth girl, all in black swaying. she must be jr high. i have seen her walk this street. old husband and i standing on porch. she looks up, meets eyes, and waves tons of confidence. with a huge smile i yell out "hi" about the same time. told husband, this girl, is cool.

anyway, thank you for sharing your day. and i liked kerry me
