Cheney, Libby, Rove, Stephen Hadley, & Condi were all members. This group's sole mission was building a case for war with Iraq. To do this they used shady intelligence that the CIA/NSC would have rejected. Bolton also was a neocon & made sure to get a direct feed of any intelligence coming into the CIA so he could cherry-pick enough to make Iraq seem dangerous. Bolton was also a buddy of Chalabi. Bolton visited Judith Miller in jail. They're all part of a circle - Chalabi fed bad info to Bolton and the WHIGs, Libby & Bolton fed it to Miller for NY Times headlines. Chalabi was allegedly involved in forging the Niger documents - on whose orders? Bolton was close to both Chalabi & the WHIGS & could have asked him to make some evidence to have it presented to the WHIGS.
