This is not a free speech issue, as you implied in post # 10 (to wit: "Free speech is for everyone."). Of course, you're vague about just what it wss you were talking about there, but that's no surprise, since your position is incoherent throughout. But at least you're now admitting that objecting to such language during a business transaction is not any violation of free speech, whatever it was you were trying to say in Post #10.
