They (esp. Tweety) said it over and over again. He had his marching orders from Andy and Karl. The point being that when the indictments came down, be it 5 or 145 in number, after a respectable wait of 20 minutes all the NBC hacks could start saying this is not such a big deal, not a disaster, minor charges, etc. etc. etc.
