Have you not heard people speculate that he was close to indicting Rove but wanted a bit more time to get a clearer case and working out deals to present to the grand jury. When the new grand jury starts, how do you know he won't hit Rove very hard?

I mean, I can understand trying to be realistic, but the people that would've complained no matter what happened yesterday that wasn't up to the level of Bush and Cheney being arrested are driving me crazy. It sounds more pessimistic to me.
