5. I'm not going to vote in this poll
And I'll probably draw a lot of heat from this post. The reason I won't vote is because I don't want to be against Dennis, but I would definitely not vote for him in the primary. (Of course if he won the nomination, I'd vote for him. I'd vote for Roger Rabbit rather than let Bush win a second term). My problem with Dennis is not his policies -- I agree with him on most issues. Its not his character -- I think he is amazingly honest for a politician. I really like him. But I like him in Congress -- not the White House. Whether we like it or not, the President of the US represents this country and us, as Americans. Thats why I'm so embarrassed by Bush. I think Dennis is too undisciplined in his rhetoric, too passionate even, to be a good representative of this country. Its terrible to have to admit that a great guy, who has good liberal policiies, passion for his causes is not a guy I can see as presidential material. But I'm being honest.....its the way I see it.
