13. I believe you.
"Bush gets another four years, it won't matter. Because there will only be one legal political party, one religion, and the Constitution will become nothing more then a muuseum attraction."

Already starting to happen I am afraid.

"With more seats gained in the Congress, and the ability to appoint conservative judges to the federal bench, America as we know it will cease to be."

That is true too. They will be pushing their right-wing views further on us all.

"And if any of you really believe that the sheep will actually protest against this, I have some beach front property here in Arizona that I want to seel you. Lots of beach front just no ocean."

I am afraid you are right. I am also afraid the only way for Americans to wake up is for things to get worse. It maybe too late by then.

"Let's face some facts, if the Republicans gain a majority of seats in Congress, the Democrats will become nothing more then what their Texas counterparts have become."

Token opposition party no less.

"The people will look the other way once mass arrests start to take place, and will say nothing. Another thing that I would like to point out is even here on DU, we have a few potential collaborators."

That's already obivous. They support the DLC line.

"In order for America to survive as a truly free and democratic republic some blood will have to be shed, some people will have to die, and let's face it, even here there are not that many who would make that sacrifice to remain free, they would rather skip out of the country to Canada."

After 2005, I may leave the country! Like you said, not many people are going to resist. Just like sheep!

"Will this happen, maybe not, can it happen, most definitely. This current administration has no respect for the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, or States Rights, freedom of religion means only a fundamentalist form of Christianity, people of color are nothing more then second class citizens, and gays are to be shunned and denied the right to exist."

Abd they will stop at nothing to push this agenda. I will bet they will try to scuttle the 2004 election too.

"Is anyone here willing to resist this abomination if it should come to pass, or will the naysayers accuse me of wearing a tin hat. It really doesn't matter to me, because I will fight, and if neccessary die to keep my country free."

All I hope is you will have an army to help you fight. It is hard to be a general without an army. I do hope people will wake up.

"Which is more then can be said for the sheeple, and that includes some of the people on this board.

"BETTER TO DIE ON YOUR FEET, THEN TO LIVE ON YOUR KNEES"

Emiliano Zapata"

Thank you for your post!

John
