11. Nonsense!
Moore followed his own beliefs. He supported Nader because he didn't think the Dems offered enough. He may have changed his mind when it looked like Nader might sink Gore -- which was also his right.

I held my nose and voted for Gore. I get angry when Dems suggest that the Greens had no right to run a candidate of their own. Such Democrat arrogance is just one of the many reasons that we need alternative parties, including the Greens. And if Lieberman gets the Dem nomination, I'll need the Greens: so I can vote for someone for president. Otherwise, I'll vote Dem.

And note: Nader didn't keep Gore from winning -- Gore won. The votes for Nader may have kept Gore from winning so overwhelmingly that the election couldn't be stolen; but that is conjectural.
