1. Why is Centcom not reporting all these?

I wonder how many deaths Centcom doesn't report on to the main press and then all of a sudden, 2, 3 or more are added to the DOD lists.

Why wouldn't mainstream media verify that all the deaths are reported accurately thru Centcom?
