Bush Doesn't Take Responsibility for "Mission Accomplished"

I just saw him try to escape responsibility for the Mission Accomplished banner on ABC News.

They were showing the press conference. He was stumbling over his words: "Uhhh, I didn't put that sign up. The folks from the USS (can't remember the naem) felt their mission was accomplished."

Now, am I mistaken, or didn't pResident dipshit tour the country saying 'Mission Accomplished'? Once again, those Repugs show themselves to be the party of personal responsibility.
