went up...unfathomable now why people who can afford
an expensive car bitched about paying a higher car fee
especially since the fee goes to counties to pay
for police and fire (as we see are so important now
in CA during these fires)and btw, was a law put in
by Wilson and Davis had very little to do with
either the rebates a couple of years ago when there
was a surplus or in bad times when it went back up
to Wilson era rates.
