1. I usually go to a small hometown clinic...
The test that I get to test my levels is like 50 bucks...but to find out if I had it, I had to go to a Nuclear Radiologist, and I have no idea what that cost. The plus part, though is that the medication is under $20 a month. It used to be like $7. Don't know what happened to that. You might talk to someone about payment plans or if you're on campus ask the school nurse or health office about it. Here I can go see the doctor for free if i need to. But tests and stuff are separate. Good luck. It's a pill a day for the rest of your life, so at least it's managable.
