After he had shot me in the leg with a pistol. I fully intended to kill him and thought I had or I woulddn't have stopped when I did.

I caught him trying to rape a woman behind a bar. I yanked him off of her and punched his lights out. I took the woman back inside,called her a cab and sent her home since she insisted the police not be called. When I came out of the bar later,he showed up in the parking lot with a pistol and shot me. the pistol jammed or he might have killed me. Bad for him,I got my bat out of my truck and went to town on his ass.
