1)I'm new to DU after watching for many months
2) I'm a widow of 2 years.
3) My dad was president of the young democrat's club in the 1930's in California.
4) I am a progressive who wants to see Bush * defeated any way we can. I work within the movement in Idaho ( this is a republican state and totally conservative, it's very difficult but we must keep trying. I've attended anti-war rallys and worked to pass an amendment in the state to repeal the anti-terrorist act.
5) I became politically active when the nutso right wing went after Clinton. I think this is a war to be fought to save our democracy and our freedoms.
