Women in large numbers treat men badly. This is the life we were given, be glad they haven't pushed you in front of a train and bring a book to work with you so you have something to do while they enjoy pizza.

Seriously I think it's just female behavior at it's finest you are witnessing and I'm sure they mean nothing by it. I wouldn't go to my boss with this kind of thing. Just make a friend in the group and join in the fun although I will warn.....when that many women get together and you're the only male...unless everyone is naked it won't be as fun as you think.
